New single-family home sales showed a modest rebound in February and March 2026, as easing weather disruptions and seasonal demand helped lift activity across the US The March sales pace rose to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of about 682,000 units, up from February, according to Census Bureau data reported by Realtor.com.
Despite the improvement, the housing market remains uneven.
