You may remember last month when I wrote to you about my clients who traveled around the country, paying $1 a day to rent/move a Winnebago from the factory to a dealer in New York. They had three weeks to drive around in the meantime and made the most of it. Here’s a summary of their trip, and additional costs. You can’t see Your Survival Guy’s Super States for much less than this.
Natchez Trace Parkway
Gulf Coast MS and AL
Okefenokee Swamp GA
Friends in Richmond, VA
Eastern Shore of MD
Total Cost $3300
And the takeaway?
They met a ton of friendly RVers, met another guy doing the same as them but from Finland, and it was an inexpensive way to see if they enjoy the lifestyle and freedom of RVing. Turns out, yes, they do.
You know Your Survival Guy is a fan of traveling via RV, ever since I traveled across the country with my family in a Winnebago. I encourage my clients, and readers to live a Liberty Retirement.
